Too busy

I thought I'd blog about being a first-time dad. It turns out, you won't have time to do other things. Before our baby's birth, you have to take extra care of your wife, and be there for her much, much more because, particularly if it's her first time being pregnant as well and as a mom-to-be, she's undergoing more things than you as a dad. Meanwhile, she has to quit work, and you as the father have to work doubly hard. When the baby comes, you have to take care of your wife during her recovery, and you have to split chores, particularly with baby-related chores. Our baby is now around 3 months old.

So yeah. You want to be a dad? It's a lot of work. No time for blogging, unless blogging is your primary source of income. But it's all worth it though. Good luck to you, when it's your turn.

I'm a rookie dad!

Last January, my wife and I found out we're going to be parents soon. Our baby's due this September. I thought about blogging about the highs and lows of being a first-time father. And so I started this site. Join me as I document our difficulties and joys as we go through this journey.
